About
A print bench and a camera,
run by one person.
SWAN is owned by Renata Williams and works out of Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town. Apparel printing, embroidery, personalised gifting and event photography — the same person quotes the job, presses it and answers the phone about it.
Why both services
Groups almost never need only one. A matric year needs jackets and someone to photograph them in the jackets. A staff campaign needs shirts and pictures of the team wearing them. A reunion needs tees and something to remember the day by.
Splitting that across two suppliers means two quotes, two schedules and two people to chase when a date moves. Keeping it in one place means the shirts and the photographs are planned against the same deadline.
How we work
Three things that decide whether an order goes well.
You see it before we press it
Every job gets a mockup showing exactly what will be printed, where it sits and how big it is. Nothing goes onto a garment on the assumption that we understood you.
The deadline is part of the quote
A price that arrives without a date is only half an answer. We tell you whether your date is achievable before you commit, not after.
One of something is a real order
A single named mug gets the same proof and the same check as a sixty-shirt staff run. Small orders are not a favour we are doing you.
